At Cozy Haven, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your furniture or décor item, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • You may return most items within 14th days of delivery.
    • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
    • In the original packaging
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom-made or personalized furniture.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.

  1. Return Process
    1. Contact our customer service team at info@cozyhaven-inc.com to request a return authorization.
    2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
    3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.

  1. Refunds
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

  1. Exchanges
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
